30-Night Sleep Guarantee

We stand behind every product with a 30-night sleep guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your sleep quality after using a Sleepifyme product for up to 30 nights, you may return it for a full refund, no questions asked.

How to Initiate a Return

  • WhatsApp us with your order number and the message "I want to return"
  • We will schedule a free pickup from your address within 2 business days
  • Refund is processed within 3 to 5 business days of pickup

Refund Method

Refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method. COD refunds are processed via NEFT or UPI to your bank account within 5 business days.

Conditions

  • Return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery
  • Products must be returned with the original packaging
  • We may be charging handling fees
